How Loss Shaped My Purpose, and Built a Mission Worth Following
I didn’t plan for the pain.
No one ever does.
I didn’t plan to lose my first wife.
Or my business.
Or the home that held every dream we’d built together.
I didn’t plan for a stroke that would leave me questioning everything I had left.
But pain doesn’t ask permission.
It just walks in and takes a seat at the table.
And for a while, I let it stay.
Grief has a way of burning things down.
But sometimes, fire is the only thing strong enough to reveal what’s worth rebuilding.
And that’s what I did.
I rebuilt.
Not overnight. Not easily.
But with intention.
Brick by brick.
Breath by breath.
Belief by belief.
I found love again, her name is Sue.
I found my health again, because I chose to stop treating my body like a side project.
I found my voice, because the world needs more people who speak from scars, not from scripts.
And somewhere in that process…I found a mission.
I never expected to build a business again.
But this one’s different.
It’s rooted in wellness, fueled by purpose, and built to serve people exactly where they are.
Whether you’re stuck in burnout, stress, or just feel like your spark is gone, this work matters.
Because I’ve been there.
And now I get to show others how to rise.
When I started the Happy Juice protocol, I didn’t expect much.
But I noticed the shift fast.
My mood lifted.
My gut started healing.
I had energy again, like real, sustainable energy.
Not the kind you fake for the camera.
The kind that makes you want to move. To show up. To build something meaningful.
It’s helped me feel more me than I’ve felt in years.
And if it can help me,
someone who’s walked through loss, stress, inflammation, and the fog that comes with it,
Then maybe it can help you too.
Maybe this is the beginning of your rebuild.
If you’re curious about what I’m doing, on the product side, the business side, or both, I’d be happy to give you a behind-the-scenes look.
No pressure.
Just a sneak peek.
You never know, this might be the thing that shifts it all.
